Some days ago I received my weekly Pinterest email, and there I found the image of these pies. They seemed so good and they had fruit inside, I decided to try them.

Here you will find the original recipe.
I didn't follow it and here there are my ingredients:

125 g Philadelphia cheese
75 g sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 very thin slices of butter
100 g fresh bluberries
one egg for brushing the pies

I mixed all together. The butter won't melt perfectly.
I bought two leaves of puff pastry, I divided them into 32 small squares.
I put a little bit of cream on 16 squares, then I add 3 or 4 bluberries. I covered them with the other squares, and baked 12 min at 175 °C.

I could call these pies the 20 minute pies, as it took only 20 min to make and bake them.
